Project SUN's Community Planning Team is made up of partner organizations and individuals in the community who want to help children flourish. CPT meetings convened every other month. During these meetings, our four Focus Areas/Workgroups meet to discuss current issues and problem-solve.
Our four Focus Areas/Workgroups are:
- Cultural Competency (meets monthly in addition to CPT meetings)
- Family & Youth Engagement
- Mental Health Service Expansion
- System of Care Navigation Assistance
